For the HR department within Enerpac, we are looking for a fulltime:   HR Business Partner     Base location: Hengelo (NL) Job Type: Full-time     Job Overview: As an HR Business Partner, you will serve 3 locations in The Netherlands and 1 in Germany, together with the HR Manager. You will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, vitality and change management. Change Management: • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement. • Work closely with leadership to manage resistance and facilitate a smooth transition during periods of change. 5. Performance Management: • Manage performance appraisal systems. • Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations. There will be a strong focus on the commercial development of the business while serving some Key Accounts in the region on multiple levels of their respective organization.     Responsible for developing an understanding of industry and product markets and assisting in the development of growth opportunities for Enerpac’s line of products within the Wind Energy industry, identifying potential new customer relationships and coordinating sales efforts in the Northern region with the regional sales and manufacturing teams.   This position is a strategy development in the company and a Key Account Management role.   There is scope for this role to be based around the imaginary line between Antwerp and Copenhagen.   Job Duties and Responsibilities - Develop professional relationships with decision makers of Key Accounts to meet the financial plan and realize sustainable growth. - Promote Enerpac products, systems and services by organizing and execute presentations, seminars and trainings, leading to direct sales or sales through the Authorized Distribution Channel. - Register Enerpac on approved vendor lists and specify Enerpac products with Key Accounts where applicable. - Create Key Account Development Plans and manage execution of these. - Responsible for identifying prospects and projects to expand revenue and profitability of business from key accounts within the Wind Energy industry. - Supports sales team members on complex and technical commercial proposals to convert the opportunities to orders successfully. - Reach across regional boundaries to create cohesion in the region to drive growth in the industry. - Identification and development of new opportunities, applications and customers. - Identify and prioritize routes to market and implement a strategy that supports new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing longtime customers. - Obtain and analyze market information to assist with the development and implementation of strategic direction. - Assist in providing periodic reports on sales numbers, achievement and activity reports. - Meet or exceed the non-financial goals developed in conjunction with the leadership team. - To utilize industry databases to identify and engage relevant players and promote Enerpac products to the industry. - Identify and pursue key decision-makers in Wind OEM companies and construction and maintenance contractors.  Skills and Competencies   - Sales experience with demonstrated experience managing complex accounts with multiple teams and/or project members. - A good understanding of the Wind Energy industry. - Sufficient technical competencies or the ability to navigate a technical environment with the support of subject matter experts. - Ability to communicate effectively among a diverse group of individuals from varying levels within the company and customer organization. - Ability to search for solutions, continuous improvement and constantly raise the bar to stretch own and others’ levels of achievement. - Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office suite, Oracle and industry databases to generate various reports, develop presentations and data management. - Inspires and motivates all stakeholders and creates energy by example. - Possesses the ability to clarify complex situations. - Encourages and facilitates change - promotes diversity of ideas. - Able to manage multiple priorities with a bias towards action and speed. - Pragmatic approach with the ability to establish priorities. - Results oriented while constantly displaying integrity and respect.       Education and Experience   - Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering / Business) - Experience selling industrial tools or equipment, preferably in the Wind Energy industry.     Physical Demands - Frequent travel (40+%) via air and vehicle, to customer and company locations (including international). - Normal office environment (sitting/standing at a desk, etc) - Hybrid office environment with healthy mix of location and home office. -   Work Environment   The work environment is a typical office environment.
